My opinion Joe Tacopina a criminal and I am guessing he is part of the pile up of crimes involving me being savagely assaulted the doctors office in Soho -- I'm alleging the cowardly criminal used a sock puppet account to call me the C word, threaten to bury me, destroy me see tables turned on me which is what the corrupt NYPD did. Tacopina does not like what I have to say about him - and here's one example the people investing my guess they're on the losing end of the Business relationship and Joe looks for suckers to be his ATM machine.
